Administrative support.
Two offices are dedicated to supporting students of the Bachelor in Sport & Exercise Sciences for Health and Performance: the university-wide Foreign Student Support Unit, which assists international students across all AUTh programmes, and the Programme Secretariat, which handles the day-to-day administrative operation of the Bachelor itself.

Foreign Student Support Unit.
The Foreign Student Support Unit is responsible for the support of foreign students enrolled in the Bachelor, in accordance with the applicable institutional framework of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
The mission of the Support Unit is to assist foreign students enrolled in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes of the University. Its responsibilities include:
- Providing information and support to foreign students regarding studies, academic procedures and student life.
- Offering guidance on issues related to residence permits and communication with the competent public authorities.
- Supporting procedures concerning the accelerated granting of residence permits for study purposes.
- Assisting students during their settlement and adaptation in the country.
- Cooperating with competent University services and external authorities.
- Organising educational and informational activities related to student support and integration.
- Carrying out any additional responsibilities assigned by the University concerning the support of international students.
Administrative support of the Bachelor.
The School of Physical Education and Sport Science at Thessaloniki — the leading school of the joint programme — has long experience in the organisation and implementation of international study programmes, and undertakes the overall administrative and technical support of the Bachelor in Sport & Exercise Sciences for Health and Performance.
The Secretariat of the Programme is responsible for the daily administrative operation of the Bachelor and for the support of students and academic staff. More specifically, the Secretariat is responsible for:
- Administrative support of the Programme Committee and the Programme Director.
- Student support regarding enrolment, certificates, academic records and general academic procedures.
- Communication with the two participating Schools, teaching staff and University services.
- Coordination of academic schedules, examinations and programme procedures.
- General administrative and organisational support for the effective operation of the Bachelor.
